This modernization saw the hotel move away from standard analog timers in favor of advanced smart control solutions. The project was a true collaborative effort, carried out by specialized subcontracted technicians in close coordination with the Hotel’s dedicated maintenance personnel.
The Project Scope
Technicians converted various circuits to ensure every wing is now under intelligent, centralized control. To achieve comprehensive automation, both wall lights and ceiling lights in each corridor were connected to smart relays, which in turn activate powerful contactors. This setup allows each corridor within every wing to be managed by its own smart module.

Reliable Time Sync: Since completion, the hotel has seen the benefit of modules that immediately sync the correct time after any power shortage, unlike analog timers that require manual resets.
Precision Scheduling: The maintenance team continues to easily set automated timers for specific on/off times throughout the day, ensuring no energy is wasted.
Daylight Intelligence: External lighting remains perfectly managed via sunset and sunrise scenes, which automatically adjust as the seasons change.
With a total of 58 smart modules installed, the property now enjoys a robust, energy-efficient, and fully synchronized lighting system that has stood the test of time.
